At the end of March the Dreams Double Trouble contest was on! This team competition rewards surfers for surfing waves together, which makes this contest unique. I paired up with Kaspar Hamminga as Team Protest. At the beginning of the day it was cloudy and the surf was small, but after a few hours the sun came trough and the surf started to pick up.
Everyone was really competitive and was trying to block each others waves, which caused funny situations. Kaspar and I managed to get to finals for the third year in a row. The final was surfed in perfect conditions and it was a close finish. Team Protest took home second place this time.
Thanks Dreams Surfschool for this great event! We had a blast!
